Quick answers

I forgot my password.: On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot your password?” and we’ll email you a reset link. Children who sign in with a username (no email) should ask their teacher or parent, who can help them back in.
How do I manage billing, receipts, or cancel?: Sign in and open “Account & billing.” Authors can update their card, download receipts, or cancel anytime, and keep reading and exporting every book they’ve written. Family seat purchases are one-time, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Is our writing private? Is it used to train AI?: No student writing is used to train AI models. A student’s thinking and drafts stay with their own teacher or parent; see the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How does Scaffold actually work?: The AI asks questions; it never writes the book. The student thinks, drafts in their own words, and finishes a real book. The FAQ and About pages walk through the whole idea.
